Steve has been in the mining and exploration business for 30 years and has held positions such as Institutional Mining Analyst for Yorkton Securities, CEO of several successful junior companies including Brazil Resources Inc. and Fortress Minerals Ltd. and was Global Head of Business Development for the BHP Billiton Exploration Group (2005-2008). In recent years he has developed varied business interests in third world jurisdictions while maintaining a keen interest in the Canadian Resource sector through investment and opportunity recognition.
Craig is a mining engineer with over 30 years of operations, consulting, and investment banking experience. This includes work on feasibility studies for numerous mining projects worldwide, investment banking/due diligence roles in over 200 institutional mining equity financings, and significant experience advising management and boards on both friendly and hostile transactions.
Fred is the principal of a private British Columbia company providing fundraising, investor relations and advisory services. He has over 10 years of experience with companies in the mining and technology sectors worldwide, acting in an investor relations and advisory role for a number of publicly listed companies.
Robert brings more than 20 years of professional experience in accounting, corporate finance, and merchant and commercial banking and has served on the management teams and boards of a number of Canadian publicly traded companies. He is a founder and president of Corex Management Inc., a private company providing accounting, administration, and corporate compliance services to privately held and publicly traded companies. Robert currently holds senior management and board positions with a number of TSX Venture Exchange Issuers including Riverside Resources Inc., Great Bear Resources Ltd.
Jo has over 20 years’ experience as an exploration geologist and project manager. She has worked on multiple gold, poly-metallic, and graphite projects in the USA, Australia, and Canada. During her career, Jo has managed multi-million dollar exploration programs overseeing technical direction, budgets, and operations. She has extensive experience in field operations, drill programs, technical database administration, land management, and exploration permitting in multiple jurisdictions.
Allison has over 25 years of experience working in the field of sustainability and CSR. During her career, Allison has worked with Indigenous governments and organizations, regulatory agencies and the mineral exploration and extractive industry. Allison acts as a technical advisor to a number of resource companies including the Discovery Group.
